New Board and Honorary Chairman appointed during Foundation Meeting
On March 27th, the Foundation Board, the Foundation Council, and the Board of Trustees met jointly. Michael Freiherr von Tettau stepped down from his position as chairman of the Foundation Board after 12 years. Cornelia Pieper, the German Consul General in Gdansk, was elected to the Board, which now consists of Dr. Arno Probst (Chairman), Cornelia Pieper (Vice Chairman), and Prof. Jörg Linowitzki (Treasurer).
During a solemn hour, opened with a Chopin prelude played by Bertan Balli, Mrs. Pieper was welcomed by many guests. In the presence of Mayor Jan Lindenau, representatives of Lübeck foundations and municipal museums, the new Board appointed Michael Freiherr von Tettau as Honorary Chairman of the Board.
